4 years Together, 3 years Married!

I can't believe it is already our 3 year wedding anniversary! Gosh time flies! So much has happened in the last three years... Brian got a job at ECOLAB, I have worked at a trading company, Animal Hospital, specialty claims office, and now a mortgage company... We have lived with my parents (for a month), rented a condo for 2 1/2 years and bought a town home. We have had two pet rats who have passed on, two more rats that are alive (in Brian's office), countless fish, and a puppy.
Normally we are on vacation over our Anniversary so I didn't think anything was going to happen today but I was wrong! Brian showed up at my office with a dozen long stem red roses and a very sweet card. I couldn't suppress my emotions! Gosh I am such a sucker for a handsome man with flowers and sweet words.

Brian, I love you so much and I look forward to many many more anniversaries. You are such a wonderful Husband and friend. I am excited to see what the future has in store for us. Thank you for being so good to me.

3 weeks, tighter thighs

Brian and I are (hopefully) going to Cancun in 3 weeks, we have been planning this for the last three months and the darn swine flu better not ruin it! Every year we take a trip to kick off the summer and celebrate our Anniversary. This year we are celebrating Anniversary number 3!

As of two weeks ago Ryan and Missy booked the same trip and are joining us in paradise. Now Missy and I have put together a 4 days a week for three weeks exercise regime... here's how it has gone thus far...

Day 1 (Tuesday)- Plan- Tae bo/Pilates
What we did- try to get my VCR(that's right VCR) to work, watch part of Tae bo, and quit Tae bo...and try something else... actual workout time: 15 minutes

Day 2 (Wednesday)- Plan- Walk/Run Mission Viejo Lake (3.5 miles)
What we did- Walk around the lake... actual workout time: 1 hour :-)

Day 3 (Thursday)- Plan- Walk/Run our neighborhood
I'll let you know how that goes

Day 4 (Saturday)- Plan- Walk/Run our neighborhood
I'll let you know how that goes also...

I am actually really excited about this whole program we are trying... we just need a little more discipline... plus tonight I got a huge blister on my left heel in the first 5 seconds of our walk... so I need new shoes...

All in all this vacation is going to be awesome and I am really looking forward to (hopefully) seeing results soon!
